Founded by Djamila Ribeiro on May 5, 2022, Espaço Feminismos Plurais is a nonprofit institute dedicated to supporting women in situations of social vulnerability. Its work is grounded in an integrated approach focused on care, training, and the development of social projects that promote autonomy, dignity, and social justice.
Located in São Paulo, the institute offers, completely free of charge, a wide range of activities and services. These include in-person intellectual and professional training initiatives, as well as psychological counseling, legal support, literary guidance, therapeutic assistance, and dental care for individuals belonging to historically marginalized groups.
The Institute also establishes partnerships with public facilities across the city to support women experiencing domestic violence, in addition to promoting the distribution of rights awareness booklets in healthcare units and within the justice system.
In addition to the services mentioned, the Institute provides a library, computers, and internet access for study and educational purposes. Services are available Monday through Friday during regular business hours at Avenida Chibarás, 666.
